Rates

Making the investment to see a therapist is a noble and important one. My rates currently are as follows.

• Free 20 minute phone consultation

• $175 for 50 minute individual session

• Group Therapy is paid either all upfront of split into two payments - half upfront and one week before the halfway point. Groups are approximately $500 per section

There are sliding scale spots for BIPOC as well as sliding scale spots for people with financial hardships, please mention this to me if you are inquiring about those spots.

I accept cash, checks, credit card/debit card payments.

I take Regence and Premera insurance. You are required to check with your insurance company about coverage and co-payment rates before we begin to work together. If you have other insurance than the ones I take, you may be able to be reimbursed by your company. Check with your insurance company before meeting with me about their reimbursement policies (I can issue superbills to you for this purpose). If they will not reimburse you for the session, you are still required to pay the full rate as I cannot offer you a sliding scale spot. Group therapy is typically not covered under insurance.
